I love this little vase I picked up from a charity shop.
It’s a lovely shape but it can be tricky to find the right flowers as it’s quite shallow.
To help with this I use chicken wire scrunched up into the vase then I placed my flowers in and they stay in place perfectly!

The hand tied bouquet is the most commonly used design throughout my floristry, it is such a good technique to learn and of course we cover this on the 1-2-1 career change course and the many ways you can work with it.

Our team went to a gorgeous country house in Sussex and along with 18 hens we made beautiful flower crowns using, hydrangeas, rose buds, statis, chrysanthemums, pistach, thistle in gorgeous pastel shades.
Our popular monthly Brews and Blooms workshop is designed to give you a couple of hours to relax and take some time for you.
Engaging in flower arranging can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. The process of cutting and arranging flowers can be soothing and meditative, allowing you to focus on the present moment and escape from daily stresses.
On the March session you will be given a lovely container, either some oasis or chicken wire and a selection of seasonal flowers & sundries to create a beautiful seasonal design based on an Easter theme.
These sessions are very relaxed and give time for you to explore your own creative flair and have general chat with others.
I start the session with teas, coffees, relaxed chat and a small demonstration to give you inspiration. Then you are free to make your own design and play with the flowers.
Cost includes all flowers, materials, drinks.
