Sunday we took her to the Caerwys show, great day out.

On Friday we were asked if we would take a Rolls Royce to a care home in Wrexham for a lady who was 100 on Friday.
She was brought to North Wales due to the war & became a land girl.

What a wonderful lady and so proud to be British - the home wanted to surround her with Britishness on the day. We were delighted to oblige.

We have had a great year for weddings and next years bookings are coming in well too. We have been looking after couples for over 18 years and over 2500 couples have had the chance to travel in beautiful classic and vintage Chester Wedding Cars.
Whilst we have taken many pictures here are just a few including my grandson taking a little test run. He may have to wait a little while longer.

For anyone wanting to take a look at our collection of cars please do let us know and pop over to take a look. We are by appointment only. Should you wish to book we require a booking fee of £75 per car and a completed booking form. Once we receive these we then write to confirm that we have the booking and it will be and only then added to our diary. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings without a booking form being received and confirmed

I get asked regularly do I go out in any of the cars. Today I took my Rolls Royce Silver Shadow for a run out to Parkgate. I stopped for fish and chips from Parkgate chippy then ice cream from Nichols. Next went up to West Kirby to see the water. Great day out and back before it rained.

Yes I know its something very different from what we usually have. We are sometimes asked for more modern bridal cars, or cars for the groom or even cars for a budget. We have been offered this car to join our collection so we are seeing if it fits our couples requirements. We are offering our 300C for £199 Sunday/Thursday bookings and £249 for Friday/Saturday.
We are one of the largest and longest established wedding car companies in the area, our knowledge, understanding along with our customer service have been built up over many years.

When a hobby turns into something special like my wedding car business it means that bit more. Our cars are true classic and vintage cars and some have been on the road for over 80 years. I think that is reliable enough. None of our cars are replicas or kit cars.

Tomorrow Chester Wedding Cars will be exhibiting at five fantastic venues, The Abode in Chester, The Queens Hotel also in Chester, Rowton Hall, Llyndir Hall and Carden Park. There will be one car from our fantastic collection of vintage and classic cars at each location so why not make a day of it and see how many you can sit in. To make it a little more interesting, and to have a little fun, collect the autographs of the drivers and, depending how many autographs you can get, if you book before the end of March the following rewards could be yours.

For one autograph we'll pop some water and mints in the car on your wedding day 😊

For two autographs we'll pop some bottles of lemonade and mints in the car on your wedding day. 😊

For three or more autographs well pop a bottle of champagne in the car which you'll be served by the driver to enjoy on your special day courtesy of Chester Wedding Cars. 💒

Well Bertie the 1965 Bentley S3 has arrived. I could not let anyone know as I had not told Margaret. I told her today and yes I am still alive, I just need to prove that he will be as popular as our Silver Cloud.
He has had an interesting past
1. Manny Cussins from new 1965 (Chairman LEEDS UNITED)
2. BRIAN CLOUGH took ownership in 1968
3. DAVE MACKAY-REAY Tottenham Hotspur took ownership in 1980
The car turns heads where ever it goes and drives beautifully, keeping up with modern traffic effortlessly. It is in great condition and benefits from having a rare factory fitted full length webasto sunroof.
