IN NEED OF STORAGE SPACE: With Rochdale Council unexpectedly locking us out Hopwood Hall, we are in need of storage space for items we'll use for our community Christmas events (dishes, platters, decorations, etc). It's nothing of major value but takes up about 10 foot by 10 foot and is important for events in the future. We are very hopeful we will be able to get back into the Hall again soon but it may take some time whist our lawyers get it sorted out with the Council. If anyone is able to help or has suggestions please let us know. Thank you

Very concerning...

With all the severe winter weather we are putting out another plea to Rochdale Borough Council to make sure someone is watching over Hopwood Hall since they locked us out. We've had no response about the pipes freezing. Also who is emptying the buckets??

A very concerning question for Rochdale Council...

Many of us are worried about Hopwood Hall Estate this winter. Rochdale Borough Council we ask you this question for the 2nd time: Since you unexpectedly locked us out of Hopwood Hall, have you shut off the water so the pipes don't freeze & burst and cause even more damage than what has already happened in the past?

Thank you to all our volunteers!

Today is so I must recognize our award-winning team of volunteers at Hopwood Hall Estate (including those not pictured). They are the lifeblood of our community rescue project. The unfathomable actions taken against us by some members of Rochdale Borough Council & Hopwood Hall College have left us in shock but we know that truth and goodness will overcome. Thank you all for your messages of love and support. 💕❤

An incredible turnout last night! Thank you to all who attended! More to come soon.

WOW. Packed full house last night at the emergency Public Meeting about the situation at Hopwood Hall Estate. The main point echoed by many who spoke throughout the night was that while the actions of others can be a setback, they cannot stop this community. Several of the people from Rochdale Borough Council and Hopwood Hall College & University Centre who oppose us continuing our rescue plans were invited to speak but they did not attend. Thank you to all of our supporters out there for your encouragement, inspiration & kind messages. 💕❤
