For anyone attending on the 10th and 11th august with a stall -

Stall holders:

Please fill in this form by the 14th July - please upload your PLI documents / Food hygiene certificates/ first aid certificates ect to the image part. In the description part please leave any requirement notes of things you will or may need. :)

If these aren't returned by the 14th July - you won't be able to attend with a stall unfortunately.

Family Friendly, Charity Comic Mania Event!

10th & 11th August

Lots of different characters to meet and greet over the two days and lots of amazing stalls with lots of amazing goodies to purchase, there's something for everyone, including a dog treat stall!

£1 entry pp for one day or £1.50 pp for two days.

All in Aid of an amazing charity called family fund.

A Huge thank you to all those that came to see us today and that attended with a stall. What a lovely way to end the year, with lots of festive celebrations 💚 an extra special thank you to Heidi Guest Mandy Gilbert-Mennell and Sally Coultman for staying behind to help tidy away!

Hello, just an update about sundays event ,

The event is 11am-2pm with set up from 10am.

On arrival there will be tables set up, please choose a table when you arrive. tables are a 6x4 paste table size unless you have booked a double space (in which your name will be on that table)

There will be an area in the car park cordoned of so please don't park in that area. :)

due to how busy the car park got last weekend. if you can use the on street parking available to that would be great. After unloading, if you can, please move your car to on street parking. As we would like room in the car park for visitors to also use.

We have had alot of rain in the area and lots of areas have been flooded including the old malton area.

there are a few local roads that have been closed due to this affecting public transport around the area.

If you would like to swap to another event after xmas (next year) instead that will be fine.

If you are no longer attending please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Hello, there has been a slight change to event times for the 9th December.
the event will now start at 1.30pm - 4pm. with set up from 12.30pm. please don't arrive any earlier to set up as we arent allowed in.

Our Children in need bear raffle!

There will be a Pudsey bear Teddy Raffle - (comes with pens to colour the shirt!) This will be 20p A Go. proceeds going to children in need!

If you are in the Grey church hall - you can arrive from 9am. - if you are in the grey church hall, please use on street parking, or the free car park next door on the left hand side :)
