Fab magic gig to round off the Christmas season ✨🎄✨.

A pleasure to meet owner Andy and perform magic for all the hard working guys at Auto Remote Repair Systems at the fabulous Branded steak restaurant yesterday. It was a top-notch party with cocktails flowing after the meal (and I'm sure a few sore heads today 😉). Managed to sneak a little magic in for Branded owner Reis too. Seems like a wonderful company to work for 🙌

I had the pleasure of performing a little magic after the hilarious pantomime Robin Hood at the iconic London Palladium press night on Thursday. 🎭
If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend grabbing a ticket – it’s a show filled with laughter, incredible performances, and unforgettable moments. 🙌

A massive thank you to Matthew () for the kind invite! It was such a privilege to witness your creative work come alive on stage. 👏 Truly inspiring to see the hard work and talent that goes into making a production like this so extraordinary.

Had an unforgettable time performing close-up magic at The Magic Circle HQ public show on Friday!

The incredible Chris Wood shared some secret tips with me, Ian Rowland had me in stitches when he was hilariously whacked by a spoon, Mandy Davis amazed us all by shrinking her head, and Michael Vincent melted metal through metal like the wizard he is.

Adrian and Chris hosted the evening like the absolute stars they are, and I ended up messing around with some sausages.

Last week I was invited by Peter .a.th.vandam , the Secretary of the Netherlands Magic Union, to watch and perform magic at their club. It was a real honour 🪄✨. Fellow UK magician Tony and I couldn't have met a more lovely, warm and welcoming group of Dutch magicians.

During our 5 day stay Peter also took us to meet Ron at the wonderful Magic Shop which has one of the most magical and creative entrances a dealership could ever have, hidden behind a secret door through a brick wall. Touch the secret handle and you're in! Well worth a visit and 'top hats off' to owner .nl for creating such an enchanting emporium.

So far, this year has been pretty amazing for me. Performing as a professional magician has tapped into everything I've learned and loved throughout my life.

The one big thing I'd like to share - if you have a passion, and are ready to jump in the deep end, go for it. And make sure you have the support of those close to you. Thanks to my wonderful wife Janice who gave me the support and confidence to go for it. We have just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary (living in a barn during a longer-than-expected house renovation, but that's another story) and it's down to her that I have a new career and can call myself a magician. As clichéd as it sounds, I really couldn't have done it without her.

And a huge shout-out to those who have trusted me to share my magic at their special events so far this year 🙌 . Here are just a couple of my favourites...

Fantastic night of comedy, followed by a fish & chip supper at my happy place, The Magic Circle this evening.

Special mention to Adam Bloom who performed a 30 minute masterclass of comedy after a whole host of members (who were all superb too). 🙌👏👏👏

Adam was also made a Member of The Magic Circle and was presented his certificate by our president He looked genuinely stunned.

To top off the nigjt, he said he remembered me from a few years back when I was doing comedy and magic (I booked him a few times). I thought he was being polite, but then recalled one of my comedy routines which involved putting a bin on my head! 😳😮🗑️
