A full day yesterday at Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel for the wedding of Becky & David, in the end the heat won and after a quick move round I went from being in the barn to being outside in the courtyard. Finishing their evening under moonlight! #doningtonparkfarmhouse #rusticwedding The Wedding Industry Awards

Busy weekend for Tom. On Friday he was at Leicester Tigers for Little Beam Foundation awards evening! Celebrating the great work that this charity does! On Saturday he was at Beedles Lake Golf Club celebrating Ava’s 13th with a disco and Karaoke. Sunday it was over to The Quorn Country Hotel for their wedding Fair, it was lovely to meet couples and catch up with suppliers! (It must be bedtime now!)

A few snaps from @phoebesarahphoto taken during Alex and Ben's Wedding back in September. I had the privilege of hosting their day which included ceremony, wedding breakfast music, entertainment and evening disco! #weddinghost #twia24 #tmwproductions
Creating moments at weddings is what I love! Alex and Ben were INSISTENT that Heidi had the last choice of song for their wedding. It was important and it meant something to my couple that this was the last song, what they didn’t expect was that I’d get Heidi up (stood on a chair) to finish their big day by introducing the final song. This was completely off the cuff unscripted and filmed by a guest, but it’s now a memory that Heidi, and couple Alex and Ben can re watch and treasure as part of their special day. Music matters! #twia24 #twiaem24 #quorngrange #weddingdj
So it’s a shiny van! That might not impress you much who wants a battered old van turning up to their event?! You see if Tom is making the effort to look smart then turning up in a smart looking van should be a thing too?! We think so!
Final song from Saturday night! First wedding as a The Wedding Industry Awards nominated DJ! Wore a new tie for the occasion!
It’s been a funny couple of weeks! Lots of firsts for me but getting The Wedding Industry Awards nomination for best Wedding DJ in the East Midlands is really up there! 2 years ago I decided to go for it , coming out of lockdown and giving it my all! I entered the awards because I wanted to learn from my client feedback. To develop and grow my little business with feedback from the very people who used me. I’ve always put others before myself so for once I’m gonna own this and be proud of what I’ve done! I don’t know whether or not I’ll get any further in the awards but I’ll be there on the awards night with my fingers crossed and Claire by my side as my biggest supporter! #twiaem24 #twia2024 #TWIA #weddingdj
On a beautiful Saturday at the Quorn Grange Hotel, in the heart of Leicestershire, I had the incredible privilege of hosting a wedding for the lovely couple, Alex and Ben. This event was truly special, as it marked the union of two souls deeply in love, and I was there to make sure it was a day they would cherish forever. The day started with the sun beaming down on the stunning outdoor ceremony space. As the mobile DJ and wedding host, my role was not just to provide music, but to create an atmosphere that would resonate with the couple's unique love story. As the guests took their seats, anticipation filled the air. The ceremony music was carefully selected to reflect the journey of Alex and Ben's relationship, from their first meeting to this moment of commitment. I watched as they exchanged heartfelt vows, their smiles reflecting the pure joy of the occasion.Transitioning seamlessly from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast, I ensured that the atmosphere remained lively and engaging. The newlyweds and their guests were treated to a delightful blend of music that suited the occasion. My interaction with the guests was warm and inviting, making everyone feel like part of a big, joyful family. The wedding breakfast entertainment was a unique blend of music and anecdotes, perfectly tailored to Alex and Ben's love story. I had the pleasure of sharing stories about the couple's journey together, bringing laughter and tears of joy to the room. It was a true celebration of their love, and the guests couldn't stop smiling. As the day transitioned into the evening, the Quorn Grange Hotel transformed into a lively dancefloor. The evening entertainment was nothing short of electrifying. I played a mix of music that had everyone, from the youngest to the oldest guest, dancing the night away. The energy in the room was infectious, and Alex and Ben's first dance was a truly magical moment, surrounded by their loved ones. But it wasn't just about the music; it was about creating m
