Catering for a 60th birthday party yesterday serving our Traditional Hog Roast Package consisting of hog roast, crackling, apple sauce, roast potatoes, stuffing and the 2 salads of choice, Zesty Coleslaw and Mediterranean Salad. Also Vegan burgers for the Veg/Vegan option 😀

Tuscan spiced chicken, marinated with a lovely mix of rosemary, thyme, lemon, and salt, all prepped by the Gourmet Hog Roast team for our catering events. The blend of herbs and lemon really gives it a refreshing twist, ideal for any gathering. Sounds pretty good for a get-together, right? 🌿🍋🐔
