🍅Meet the dish🍅 Have you tried Red Dragon Pie before? I discovered it when I worked in an organic tea rooms whilst at university, so just had to try and replicate it for myself! It’s vegan, filled with veg and healthy whilst also being filling ❤️ I slow cook leeks and garlic, add carrots, then tomatoes and thyme, then add the special ingredient: adzuki beans. After this has cooked down I partially blend it to create a lovely thick sauce, a little like a vegetarian shepherds pie but very much it’s own thing! I top this with mash which goes all crispy when baked. This meal is especially lovely for children and babies because of the texture, but can of course be shared with the whole family with salad, veggies, bread, or whatever you like😊 I have these in stock in small and medium right now!
