how adorable is this baby shower set up we created with for her sis ?!

as their sweet nickname for baby was baby berry, we went all out with the berry theme.

we created this beautiful styled set up using a series of grazing platters & salads, as well as these bespoke filled letters to spell out baby berry. and then we included our tablescaping (including a tablecloth, which is my pride and joy from my personal collection) to really give it an extra special feel. so so so sweet!

Some beautiful bespoke(ish) platters that we created for The Sessile’s Orangery!

We catered their opening night and incorporated lots of oranges into the platters and also had them overspilling off the platters to create more of a moment around the grazing stations, which we dotted around the space to encourage mingling.

We used a selection of citruses including blood oranges & satsumas for an extra wow factor and I’m obsessed! Also fun fact, I’m mildly allergic to oranges - but luckily only when I eat them hehe. 🍊 🍃

Early morning starts always mean terrible photos - but I couldn’t not share these boxes!

I worked with my lovely client Roxanne to make these individual breakfast boxes for a company away day to Paris. We delivered them to St Pancras along with fresh orange juice and handed them out to the team for them to eat on their 8am Eurostar.

I hate to say it because It feels way too early but Christmas is coming!

I'm obsessed with these little boxes we made for John Lewis last week. We created these bespoke boxes to go in the goodie bags for for the opening of their Christmas shops within their stores last week.

it was sweet Qila's last day at g&g last week and we're not ok.

Qila has worked with me for nearly 3 years and honestly, i'm struggling to find the words to express:
1. how great she is
2. how grateful i am for her time
3. how much we're going to miss her

so i'll just say the biggest thank you and that the studio and London won't be the same without you but i can't wait to see what you get up to💘

a beautiful grazing set up we created for Barry M using the hero ingredients from their In A Fix Grip Primer. we set up a completely vegan grazing lunch incorporating chamomile & aloe vera for their influencer workshop 🌸

A mini set up for the lovely ladies at Tweak East!
I go to Rosie for masseter botox so it was so nice when she reached out asking if I’d be able to cater her event.

We set up some fruit platters with yoghurt & granola pots at their beautiful clinic.

In the past I’ve largely shied away from catering weddings, but that era is officially over 💅🏼
We created this beautiful styled platter set up fro Ciera & Amit’s special day at Orleans House Gallery.

The couple chose a selection of platters & salads, we had a limited time to set up once the ceremony was finished so this was perfect as it was super quick and easy to set up and take down! We also incorporated some of the family’s homemade samosas into the table which was such a lovely touch. 🥰

It brought back all the feels from my own wedding and it was such a pleasure to be apart of such a perfect day.

What beautiful set up for a beautiful couple 💘

hiii, I’m Flo! It’s been a while since I said hi or here/posted anything/any stories 🥲 hehe

I’ve been running g&g for FIVE years this month! Which is absolutely crazy to me. It’s been the most fun, stressful, rewarding, difficult and incredible experience. Time really does fly when you’re having fun!

A little about me for the newbies:
I’m 33 and a ta**us baby

I grew up in north London and live in Walthamstow with my husband and dog Olive 🫒

I can’t drive and my primary (only) mode of transport is my pink bike
Which is how I get to g&g HQ in Leyton - a short cycle away from our house!

I married my fave person ever in May this year and it was the best day of my life

My fave things to do are eat, host my friends and lie down 💕

This job was something a little bit different than usual and it was so fun!

I was asked to create canapés for the launch of Greekish in Anthropologie using the recipe for chickpea and herb keftedes from the book.

They turned out perfectly and my husband, neighbours and I very much enjoyed the trial batches I made beforehand hehe.

Sol de Janeiro x Cult Beauty x garner & graze.

A super summery & tropical set up at the offices!
We worked with to create a super on brand breakfast set up for a training session for Cult Beauty.

We included key notes from their best selling iconic Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, which features salted caramel, vanilla & pistachio.

We also took notes from some of their other products and included mango & coconut throughout the bespoke menu.

Full menu:  🥥 Bagels with lox schmear, golden yolk egg mayo & chives and avocado & hummus
🥭 Vanilla coconut yoghurt with nutty granola, mango, pineapple & pistachios
🌴 Salted caramel & banana overnight bircher with toasted coconut
🍍 Homemade vegan banana bread & fresh honeycomb
🌺 Coconut Pain au Chocolat, Pain aux Mango
🥑 Tropical fruit platter
🍊 Fresh orange juice & smoothies

We also included incredible flowers from to bring a little bit of Brazil to London.
