We hired Hayley as a day-off co-ordinator for our wedding in July.
Hayley was wonderful from the moment we hired her. I was initially unsure about the need for a day-off co-ordinator but at my fiancée’s suggestion we hired one and with Hayley there were absolutely no regrets or doubts about the value she brought. She was incredible and contributed massively to our enjoyment of the big day. In particular, I noticed the following:
- Incredibly organised / knowledgeable: Right from our first meeting Hayley was so organised and detailed. She thought of a huge range of details that we would have never thought of and it gave us great confidence that everything was in hand (up until this point it had been getting a bit overwhelming)- Super responsive: Hayley set-up a WhatsApp group with us and any time we had any questions she replied incredibly quickly and usefully! Very helpful especially on the morning of or days before- Friendly: Hayley and her assistant were so so friendly on the day, they made everyone feel so welcome and at ease on the day. It really helped create the right atmosphere of fun and happiness even before the wedding was properly underway - Smooth day-off ex*****on: Hayley’s ex*****on on the day was exceptional. From the big things such as directing the set-up of the catering, right through to the small things such as timing music for our MC. She was perfectly in control at all times and always seemed to be prepared and in the right place at the right time (including for the one or two inevitable minor emergencies).

Overall we couldn’t be more complimentary of Hayley and all she did, absolutely fantastic.
