We hired Hayley as a day-off co-ordinator for our wedding in July.
Hayley was wonderful from the moment we hired her. I was initially unsure about the need for a day-off co-ordinator but at my fiancée’s suggestion we hired one and with Hayley there were absolutely no regrets or doubts about the value she brought. She was incredible and contributed massively to our enjoyment of the big day. In particular, I noticed the following:
- Incredibly organised / knowledgeable: Right from our first meeting Hayley was so organised and detailed. She thought of a huge range of details that we would have never thought of and it gave us great confidence that everything was in hand (up until this point it had been getting a bit overwhelming)- Super responsive: Hayley set-up a WhatsApp group with us and any time we had any questions she replied incredibly quickly and usefully! Very helpful especially on the morning of or days before- Friendly: Hayley and her assistant were so so friendly on the day, they made everyone feel so welcome and at ease on the day. It really helped create the right atmosphere of fun and happiness even before the wedding was properly underway - Smooth day-off ex*****on: Hayley’s ex*****on on the day was exceptional. From the big things such as directing the set-up of the catering, right through to the small things such as timing music for our MC. She was perfectly in control at all times and always seemed to be prepared and in the right place at the right time (including for the one or two inevitable minor emergencies).

Overall we couldn’t be more complimentary of Hayley and all she did, absolutely fantastic.

This masterpiece took centre stage at a recent party I planned to celebrate three very special occasions for an amazing family whom I adored working with.

The ice luge was hand carved to perfection by the incredibly talented team at and provided hours of fun for guests.

“Hayley, thank you so much for organising our amazing party.
It was a 21st birthday, 23rd birthday and 25th wedding anniversary all rolled into one - and we didn’t want it to be like a wedding, you absolutely nailed it. All your suppliers were lovely people to deal with but also delivered superbly. The highlight has got to be the caterers and that amazing beef for 125 people which can’t be easy and it was cooked to perfection…. My friends are still talking about it!
The whole evening ran like clockwork, our guests commented on how lovely the waiting staff were and also the lovely chaps sorting out the cars. The marquee looked absolutely beautiful and the DJ was superb.
An incredible evening, it just all went too quickly.
