Hi 👋🏼 I’m Michelle. This is a very different post for me, one to introduce myself to my new followers, and probably a lot of old ones as I never show my face, ever 😂 takes me completely out of my comfort zone but hello to all my lovely followers, clients and couples 🩷 and if you swipe to the end you’ll see my wonderful mum with me who helps with me with so many of the event set ups and behind the scenes making and creating ✨
I started The Event Styling Co. back in 2018 and have been styling weddings, birthdays, baby showers and all other events for 6 years now and I absolutely love what I do! We make a lot of our decor from scratch including our arches, floral designs, sailboard backdrops and more! I’ve learn a lot along the way and I’ve really found styles I love! I love working with people so working with them on some of the most important days of their lives brings me so much joy 🥹🥰
I put so much into my little business and it’s been amazing to see it grow. Admin is not my strongest point where I’m a creative, but I do my very best, and do get there eventually. Making things is what makes me happy and seeing them at your events just fills me with joy! I dedicate a lot of time to event styling, which has definitely been harder since having a baby, but I must say, she’s my motivation for working now. She’s now 1 years old and takes a lot of interest in all the flowers and shiny things I have for the events 😂😅
This was me at my cousins wedding at back in April, it was a bright and colourful wedding and the lovely Amy and Nick from captured this photo so I thought hey, might as well say hi with my decor behind me! 🤩
