Also a Naval dinner in explosion museum for 130, so proud of my team for this as it went so smoothly and had so many compliments on the food and service.

I left Emma in charge while I went off on a jolly with my friends cycling in Spain. 🇪🇸

So proud of her, had emails from the functions she looked after saying how nice the food was and the service was perfect with people being looked after but not really noticing they were there. 🥇

Not only did she have to run the show for 6 days the freezer broke down and she dealt with it and put in the extra time to get it sorted which involved shifting everything to another area off site and then back again.
(Thanks also to Anna and Hayden for helping lifting and shift) 💪🏻

Just so happened a picture of Emma helping Emma Forbes at a cooking demo popped up today from 13 years ago so though I would (embarrass her 😉) share this with you. 🧑‍🍳

Busy bank holiday weekend.

On Saturday we looked after 100 daytimes guests with canapés, lasagne and chocolate torte. 🍲

The bride & groom wanted serve ice cream onto the dessert as guests came up to them which was a nice touch) 💒

Then 160 evening guests with toasted sandwiches (which went down a storm)

Sunday we cooked and served a hot buffet in Emsworth for a French town twinning evening 🇫🇷

Monday was a day of rest.

Hope you all had a fun Bank Holiday. 😊

Sarah was making sandwiches the other day and took one from each stack so we end up with a variety on trays she was left with this.

STAFF NEEDED.

We have a rare opportunity to join our team.

Job will involve:
🍴Simple cooking tasks.
🥗 Make deliveries in our van.
🍴Plating meals.
🥗Washing up.
🍴Cleaning
🥗Load & unload vans.
🍽️ Basic kitchen tasks e.g sandwich making, pastry making, sausage rolls etc.

Some cooking skills required but can train.

As you can see it is a varied job as we are a small friendly team and we all do a bit of everything.

20-30 hours a week but we can talk about this to see what works for you.

🚐 Must be able to drive. 🚐

Our base is in a remote location so your own transport would be ideal to get to and from work.
