We hope to see many of you there , if you are new to Crowborough why not pop along and meet the community... Today is the FINAL push to sprinkle out the event and it would be hugely appreciated if you would share this post!
If you have an hour spare tomorrow please come along to support the hours if work that goes into these events.

The weather is looking dry for Saturday so gar although a little chilly.. getting us right into the festive season ✨️❄️🍂

You can keep warm with a choice of hot drinks and grab a cake from our inside stall.. ☕️

Or if you are feeling more peckish why not head to the Ye Olde Spud shoppe or Ruby’s burger van for a more filling lunch 😋 if your after a slightly more interesting fun beverage check out Andy Dawson at Dino Drinks Bar 🍸

There will also be some cheeky waffles 🧇 inside for anyone with a sweet tooth..

After this you can take the little ones to visit some amazing animals with Company of Critters and finish with some fantastic crafting with Louisa Piper-Gittins based outside 😀 hop on over to the Chair-o-plane 🛫 ride too! 🎢

Don't forget to check out the many inside and outside stalls - and if course Bags Of Fun are based inside for lots if amazing prizes and goodies. ❄️❤️

KWF Event Planning is looking for new / exciting and unique stall holders for our upcoming Harvest Fete..

Harvest Fete Family Fun day

Saturday 12th October
11am - 3pm
Chapel green old halls

If you run a business or can offer something unique please message me for information.

We are also looking for the following:

* Pumpkin seller - either pre calved or someone able to offer a Pumpkin carving crafting set up

* glitter makeup / tattoo / hair

* walk around Magician (ideally for someone upcoming or looking to promote) - pur entertainment acts are done on the basis of you using the event to promote yourself

* Balloon modeling stall (to sell your balloons)

It feels like it's been a while (I've been super busy) but a NEW EXCITING EVENT is happening.. and the venue is secured..

FINALISED DETAILS: NOW OPEN FOR STALL HOLDER BOOKINGS!! PLEASE COMMENT TO BOOK:

Here's the details:

DATE 12TH OCTOBER 📅 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

All saints hall (on chapel green) crowborouhh, so great centred location - lots of space and outside area for multiple outside stalls/food and drink vans etc.
Lots of parking too..

I will be looking for x2 food vans / drinks van / game stalls !!!
If based outside please provide own cover and shelter etc if needed.
I am finding out if tables are provided- they should be.

Set up 9.30am!

Event to run 11am - 3pm

Clear away by 4pm so anyone able to help support tidying it would be lovely but if course not a requirement..

Please note each person / business is 1 table, I cannot offer table shares due to price increases on hall hire. X
