Sadly, it’s not the word ‘wedding’ that puts the price up!
It’s the consultation, the design time / cake sketches, a tasting session, colour matching, delivery and set up, and all those other extras that do that!
So don’t ask for them!
Do you insist on sampling the cake you ordered for Mum's Birthday party? Unlikely.
Do you send a swatch of Mum's favourite scarf so that the sugar flowers for her birthday cake can match it exactly? Probably not …
We get it though, your wedding is (hopefully) a once in a lifetime experience, and you want all the fun things you see other people do when they get married… dress fittings, wine tasting and cake sampling. But choosing not to do these and the chances are the price will be much lower.

Our premium-filled cupcakes are cored then filled with a preserve, curd, ganache or sauce to match the flavour.
In this case, these ones are Vanilla cake and will be filled with Strawberry preserve. But first they have to have the centre removed .... very carefully so the cakes aren't damaged!

The sugar cookie dough has already been chilled overnight 🥶
Working quickly but gently, the dough is rolled out to 5mm depth. Using a ❤️ cutter, the finished hearts are placed onto a baking sheet and popped back into the fridge for 2 hours.

Most Expensive Wedding Cake Tier being made today!
This cake has been commissioned by Michelle & Akeel for their wedding at Froyle Park. This particular cake is a family favourite so was a real challenge for me to make something of such importance!
Why? Because it has over 3 litres of Rum in it and his family are expecting great things!
Our Carribean Rum Cake is not on our standard menu because it is one of our Bespoke Speciality cakes, and NOT for the faint-hearted!
Using a combination of 4 bottles of Spiced Rum and the super expensive 63% proof Wray & Nephew Rum, ots likely to blow your head off!
