Couples ask me what sort of jobs will I do on their wedding day and the answer is...

Whatever you need me to do!

Whether it's serving welcome drinks, putting garden games out, helping with buttonholes, moving tables and chairs, meeting suppliers, cutting up your wedding cake, lighting candles or prompting for timings...the list goes on!

My job is to ensure your day runs smoothly and to make sure everything is done that needs doing. Booking me to co-ordinate your big day, also means your friends and family won't need to do lots of jobs, so you can all enjoy yourselves together without clockwatching!

Your table plan and table names are a great way to personalise your wedding breakfast, as you can literally call your tables whatever you like to match your story.

I just love that Molly & Tom chose to call their tables after pubs...a couple after my own heart 🍷

🌸 Beautiful Bouquets 🌸

You and your bridesmaids have walked down the aisle holding the most beautiful bouquets and have had lots of group photos with them too...now you just want your hands back, so what do you do with them?!

A top tip is to make sure you have some vases of water ready which can be scattered around your venue or even used on your top table. It's a great way to make the most of your flowers throughout your day and to ensure they stay fresh and last!

I am so lucky to be able to help so many lovely couples in the run up to their big day and on the day itself, ensuring their day is stress free and everything runs like clockwork. Being there to co-ordinate everything is an absolute joy and means my couples don't have to hand out jobs to all of their friends and family.

How can Tasha Mae help?

Having been to many weddings, parties and social events Tasha Mae began to notice however well the host tried to disguise it they always appeared to be quite stressed. Understandably it is polite for the host to try and speak with all their guests, but at a big event there can be a lot of guests to get around! This of course can be time consuming and observations made it clear that this left little time for the host to ensure everything else was running smoothly. Naturally the host has invited all of their friends and family so there is no-one left for them to ask for help ‘on the day’. It seemed that hosting an event was a juggling act!

This triggered a ‘light bulb’ moment!

When organising your own wedding or event, generally speaking it tends to be in a venue without an on-site event co-ordinator. It might be in a barn, a mill, a marquee, village hall or even at home, nevertheless a venue where Tasha Mae can help you by co-ordinating your special event ‘on the day’. After all, you have done all the hard work so it is only fair you actually enjoy yourself!

From taking coats, to serving drinks & canapes on arrival, directing your guests, meeting with entertainers & caterers and even clearing up along the way, nothing is too much trouble for Tasha Mae!
