Late Booking Accommodated. FREE WET WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY is in place for all Events, we never like to let a customer down & we do not discriminate. SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY for you, your friends & family & ourselves this means if you are unlucky enough to make a booking on a day of bad weather (RAIN OR HIGH WINDS) and you don’t have a plan B to move your event inside the booking will be cancelled on the morning of your event. We strongly advise indoor bookings or a back up plan to be able to move it inside as you never no with the British weather. OUTSIDE HIRES (summer months only)
All outside hires will be delivered between 7am-11am & collected between 6pm-10pm you will be notified via a confirmation email 5 days before your event date on exact times. if you require a specific time & we are able to accommodate it there will be a small charge of £10 each way (£10 collection & £10 pick up)
On our arrival there must be ample of space to unload our equipment into position & the area of installation MUST be big enough,clean & clear, no dog foul or sharp objects & we do not set up on concrete stones or fake grass. There will not be a setup if the area isn’t big enough clean & clear & these checks need to be done by you in advance. The inflatable must also be within 50 metres of a 240v house hold power point.
