Alistair Brownlee retires from triathlon as a true legend of the sport. 👏🥇🥇

Winning gold medals in the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. He is also a four-time World Champion in triathlon being Triathlon World Champion twice.

Here he is taking on the Big Cow Duathlon at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes early in his career.

We wish him all the very best for the future!

We are now just one week away from the Cattle Creepy 10k

Here’s what you need to know:

1️⃣ Race HQ opens at 5pm for you to collect your race number.

🔦 Head torches or chest torches are compulsory to run this event.

👟 Regular running shoes will work just fine, but maybe leave your cleanest pair at home.

🛣️ While we've adjusted the route due to flooding, the new course still has a few puddles along the way, so be ready for some wet feet!

👻 Get into the spirit of things by running in a spooky costume!

🏅 You can still enter and join the fun.

🎟 We still need a couple of volunteers. As a reward you can run a future Cattle Creep Series event for free!
