This is another burger that has been on the menu since day one that has remained unchanged except for the seitan bacn'.

3 years ago with little to no vegan bacn' products available, or at least ones that didn't taste like the box they came out of, (and in my opinion they still do) I started to develope my own recipe. It took 1½ years to get it right! Made with just chickpeas, vital gluten wheat flour, herbs and spices our bacn' has been a staple on our menus ever since. Grilled on the plancha to caramelise the sweet salty smoky marinade its the perfect wat to top our Classic burger 🤘🔥🌱💚
