Another custom grazeboard I created today for a 13th birthday party, this board featured homemade sausage rolls, double chocolate brownies and confetti cupcakes. I used cheddar stars, flying saucers and lots of other sweet treats to make this board extra fun!
Happy Birthday to the birthday girl, I hope you all enjoy eating it, as much as I enjoyed creating it! ❤️👩🏻‍🍳

Had the pleasure of catering for an event hosted at Sparrow Park . This bespoke board included all of my graze board favourites along with a selection of sandwiches, homemade quiche and home baked treats including chocolate brownies, vanilla cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies and cake pops ❤️👩🏻‍🍳

A celebration cake I created for a customer recently, this cake consisted of layers of rich chocolate cake and cookies and cream swiss meringue buttercream filling 👩🏻‍🍳❤️

Nothing beats a family roast!❤️ I made a rub of fresh mint, rosemary, thyme and garlic before slow cooking this leg of lamb for 8 hours. I accompanied it with 2 of my favourites, blue cheese and leek cauliflower and broccoli cheese and orange, honey and thyme roasted carrots and parsnips. It went down a treat!

Enjoyed some delicious food over the bank holiday weekend, including my baked honeyed fig and sesame crusted goats cheese on rocket leaves in a citrus dressing, featured on my private dining menu! I also cheffed up a family favourite, my 12hr pulled bbq brisket croquettes served with a homemade chive aioli 👩🏻‍🍳

Traditional buffet created for an event today 👩🏻‍🍳

This buffet featured a butternut squash, feta, pumpkin seed and pomegranate salad, a rainbow salad with pink pickled onions and homemade croutons, homemade mature cheddar & onion and Red pepper and feta quiches, homemade sausage rolls and honey and wholegrain mustard roast ham ❤️

Bespoke graze board created today for a baby shower ❤️

This board featured caramelised onion, mature cheddar and chive quiche, pork and apple sausage rolls, puff pastry cheese twists, honey glazed ham, chocolate brownies, miniature vanilla cupcakes and cake pops and they’re all homemade, baked fresh this morning! This client also added sandwiches and baguettes to this board, filled with homemade coronation chicken, honey glazed ham & salad and mature cheddar & cucumber.

My diary is filling up so please don’t hesitate to send me a message and take all the stress out of keeping your hungry guests happy!

I thought it would be nice to introduce myself and show the face behind Eat Your Heart Out. I’m Elle and good food has always been a passion of mine. I’ve grown up cooking, watching my mum show her love through delicious food and I love nothing more than being the hostess with the mostest. This is where the idea of Eat Your Heart Out came from, giving me the opportunity to bring my love of good food and my passion for hosting to your tables and special occasions ❤️

Bringing all things christmassy to this grazeboard 🎄🎁
This bespoke grazeboard featured honey mustard glazed pigs in blankets, pork and cranberry sausage rolls, honey glazed ham and miniature mince pies, perfect for any festive occasion!
