Now Hiring - Catering Manager
Jobs may include prepping canapes and salads on site as well as serving a hog roast, prepping desserts and serving teas and coffee.
The job role will include food preparation, packing vans, driving, serving guests, cleaning, time management, motivating & managing staff.
Catering experience is essential and full training will be provided on the job. This job will involve an aspect of driving so you will need to have a full driving licence.
This job is casual over the season so would most likely suit someone who is looking for a bit of extra money alongside another job. Must be available to work weekends, some weekday jobs available.
We are flexible as to whether you would work on a self employed basis under your £1000 trading allowance or if you would like to be on the payroll.

Well the t shirt season seems to be coming to an end and with that much of our beloved outdoor catering events! BUT if you are still holding gatherings over the autumn/ winter period we are still very much here for you.
This year we have several options:
1)The Ultimate 🐖 (min 75 people)- Our popular pulled pork hog roast just served inside instead. Just need enough space for a couple of tables (although we need room outside for the hog roaster). We can also still serve outside too!
2)Small Gathering 🐷 (min 30 people) - Our same slow roasted pulled pork brought in hot boxes rather than bringing a hog roaster on-site.This way you can opt for either our traditional flavour or BBQ flavour. With us still serving we would require space inside for tables again. No space / access needed for a roaster and keeps costs lower. This option can also be served outside!
3)Pig in a box 🐽 (min 30 people) - Don't want the hassle of cooking for your event/party but also don't want the price? Opt for this and you won't be disappointed. All freshly cooked and delivered in boxes ready to serve yourselves at convenience without the hassle of needing space for caterers.

If you are 25+ with a driving licence and looking for some casual & mostly weekend work we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for somebody with a fun loving, customer focused approach who could run some of our events. This includes loading a van, setting up at venues, clearing down and all the in-between that comes with serving a hog roast.
No specific experience required but a background in hospitality would be ideal.
