Would followers prefer to see the page stay live for ready to wear items to be posted when available to purchase? As I can link to the Etsy shop when listed for sale.

There are also quite a few reviews on the page and images etc so I'm considering keeping it active to update if the rebrand goes ahead etc.

The business will now be mainly trading via Etsy and WhatsApp, with the website and social media pages soon to be closed.

The business was in a favourable position pre pandemic having gone from strength to strength with international reach and sales, during which I was looking for an external person to support further growth, alongside preparing for rebrand.

As many others in the industry may have experienced the pandemic had a significant impact on the business, with bridal orders being postponed or cancelled indefinitely.

The business is still trading but on a much smaller scale whilst I continue to work through some challenges I am now faced with; such as suppliers, availability of certain materials etc.

I intend to gradually release ready to wear shoes and accessories on the Etsy platform. In time, I hope circumstances will allow for the relaunch to proceed. I will continue to design and sew behind the scenes.

I will be in contact with all bridal boutiques to arrange collection of stock.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank all brides and customers in the UK and Internationally that I have worked with over the years. I have also had the privilege of working with many talented suppliers, photographers and models, a few of which have now become friends. Running a successful business single handedly is undoubtedly hard work and a consistent learning curve, I am proud of all the business has achieved, the publications and award recognitions. I thank everybody that has been a part of that journey and supported me in some way over the years.

Apologies for the silence recently, as with many of us my absolute main priority currently is keeping a happy home, alongside homeschooling.

Thank you to those that continue to book, even a small order such as confetti is appreciated and for the time being I am continuing to supply this. The business rebrand is still going ahead and I will provide further details in due course.

Just to update that there is slight delay to completion of the business rebrand, which will be some time during the early part of the New Year - I will release the new name alongside a further update in the near future and look forward to sharing with you all!

** Announcement **

Over the past few months I have been working on some enhancements to the business. For some time, I have planned to refresh my brand and am delighted to let you know that the business will be known by a new title from the start of 2021, in line with the New Year. This will of course entail an updated website name and email address, all of which will be shared in due course.

The new business name is something I have worked on for some time as I wanted it to incorporate meaning, not only to my work but also on a personal level. I will share more on this with you over the next month or so.

The ONLY change to the business in terms of service is that from 2021, I will no longer be offering a confetti service. This is to allow pure focus to my designing and creating beautiful, luxury shoes, alongside more accessories. I will of course, still be offering my bespoke design service.

This is a positive move forward for the business and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my brides and clients that have supported my work and have continued to do so throughout 2020, given the situation we are in with the pandemic. May we all hope for less restrictions on weddings and in our industry for the coming year. My thoughts are with any couples that have had their weddings affected with the current lockdown restrictions.

I look forward to sharing more details with you soon and apologies for the sporadic posts whilst I continue to work on the finishing touches. If anybody wishes to book into my diary for confetti services, please do so ASAP as I will honour any bookings for this in 2021, that are received in 2020.

All feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your personal messages upon receiving your parcels also, these are always so lovely to receive.

Sirena is based in the US and contacted me initially earlier in the year, before getting back in touch with a late notice request, due to the uncertainty of her wedding going ahead due to Covid. Thankfully with the help of DHL I was able to accommodate - who knew shoes could arrive in another country so quickly! Sirena sent me a message upon receipt of her shoes, to let me know her daughter had to stop her from crying. Her shoes were created slightly bespoke to compliment her dress and subtly represent her fiance, son and daughters. I just adore how every bespoke pair tells such a unique story.

I hope you are all keeping well. It's been busy here recently so my fingers are having a much needed rest from sewing for a few days.

Here are a couple of bespoke versions of our crystal rose gold shoe design, recently created for brides in the US and UK. Both brides upgraded to incorporate metallic stitching within the crystal work and the stitching into the shoes.

There is limited availibility of this style currently due to supply issues with this particular lace. I do have alternative versions I am working on that will be available soon, as well as bridal ivory crystal shoes.

Our rose gold design features dyed lace, with additional flowers sewn in to create a 3D effect, which are painted individually by hand.

So lovely to have more enquiries and requests for face to face consultations in the future, again. I am so pleased to hear of all the weddings taking place and delighted to be able to work with you, 2021 is looking to be a busy year for weddings and just the boost that this industry needs. I deeply feel for my professional photographer friends, hair and make up and many others that have been so heavily affected during this worldwide crisis, due to the close nature of their work and the strict limitations that have caused so many to have to reschedule their wedding day.

I am presently fully booked, with limited commissions available for October and November. I will then be taking a short break, to spend time with family whilst working on some exciting enhancements to the business with availability in 2021 to commence from February/March. I will however, still be available for enquiries and accepting bookings.
I recommend securing a slot in my diary in advance, where possible which can be done via small deposit after an initial complimentary consultation.

Some time ago, I had an original idea and it took me some time to decide whether to go ahead with it. With any new idea, there is always an element of testing before the product can be launched.

Once complete, I decided to go with the parasols, arranged a photo shoot, set to planning the designs and I am pleased with the results and to offer these as an original, unique and exclusive accessory.

Launching our unique range of couture parasols and delighted that these have been featured in the latest issue of Your Glos & Wilts Wedding .

For the luxurious touch to your wedding day, these can be created to compliment your attire and made entirely bespoke to your requirements.

The parasols featured here in our launch have been hand sewn with bridal lace and created to compliment each dress and model. Our personal favourite is the parasol encased in soft, delicate bridal lace with dreamy drop, feminine pearls. We also have a guipure lace parasol shown here, as well as a floral lace, with vintage flowers and a touch of Swarovski and pearl. Which is your favourite?

A beautiful pair all ready to be sent today. The lovely bride chose my 'Sophie' Court shoes in Swarovski finish, with additional side detail added to make them slightly bespoke.

This has been such a popular design, I only now have one left in this particular style. You can find the listing in my Etsy shop (link in bio.) I highly recommend purchasing the shoe fitting service alongside for the opportunity to ensure a comfortable fit before l begin stitch work, full details can be found within the description but of course, enquiries are welcomed.

Stitching the lace into these beautiful shoes, ready to be sent later this week. The angles and positioning required for this design definitely require a little patience at times when it comes to the sewing but I love making them.

These are our 'Sophie' design shoes and will be finished with Swarovski crystals as per the brides preference.

This lace is so feminine and delicate and one of my favourites and popular to work with, such a shame it has been discontinued but I'm on the quest for some similar!

A warm welcome to new followers and a little update for all.

I'm busy behind the scenes at the moment working on shoe commissions and my ready to wear collection, as well as the launch of my new bridal accessory range. This is something I've been working towards for quite some time, so I'm looking forward to revealing all with you over the course of the next few months!

Those of you due to be married, have you postponed to 2021 or are you still going ahead with 2020? Whether you have rearranged or opting for a smaller, more intimate event, just know that your wedding day will still be just as special 💐

Just a quick update in relation to our practice of hygiene during the current unprecedented times.

As those will know that have recently booked into my diary, usual strict working cleaniness measures have been tightened, in line with Government advice and to protect my family as well as my customers. The following has applied previously of course but will now involve additional measures where necessary, to include but not limited to;

- Sanitisation of work areas before, during and after working on items

- Thorough hand washing before and after working on your pieces, as well as during if necessary, such as before and after taking breaks

- Santisation of equipment used more frequently, such as needles, pins etc

Another change currently is that I am mainly using courier collection and delivery service instead of Royal Mail for my shoe fitting service, to avoid non essential trips to the post office for both myself and my customers. This however is agreed individually with each client and depends upon your individual circumstances. I only use a tracked and insured service regardless and completed bespoke shoes, are most likely to be sent via special delivery Royal Mail as per usual circumstance. In the event they are not sent with Royal Mail, they will only be sent via a service that meets the appropriate criteria and insurance.

Whilst I usually re use outer packaging where possible, during these times I am only using my own parcel boxes, to reduce risk to my own family and yours. My luxury gift packaging remains unchanged and all shoes and accessories will still arrive beautifully gift boxed.

I hope this gives some assurance that we are taking any necessary measures for the safety of ourselves and our customers. I recommend of course that you disinfect any packaging etc upon receipt of your shoes and accessories and wash your hands thoroughly, after opening your parcel as of course, the outer packaging does come into contact with several people during transit.

Should you book in and wish to proceed with the shoe fitting service, I ask that you kindly wash your hands thoroughly before and after opening your parcel and again prior to handling the shoes to try on, followed by afterwards, before re packaging to send back to me.

If you should be unwell or showing signs of Coronavirus, please do let me know so as we can schedule the post for this at a time you are well in the interest of us both.

My Story

Whatever your vision, the journey to your own extraordinary, one of a kind shoes begins here! Established officially in early 2017, we are Wiltshire’s original luxury bespoke design service, dedicated to using only proven, luxury materials in our designs. We have also completed various courses, providing reassurance in a service you can trust when considering your investment into a design that lasts.

My love for shoes stems from childhood and I enjoy working on all styles, from barefoot sandals though to high heels. I have an interest in couture beading and 3d sewing and love the elegance that can be transferred from these methods into designs, therefore I regularly attend courses to further advance upon my skills, the most recent being in traditional Tambour beading. I pride in using luxury materials in my design work such as swarovski crystal, natural pearls and bridal lace. I will also create using materials exclusive to you and offer a unique service whereby I source vintage jewellery from local boutiques to be incorporated into your bespoke design on request.

Each item is skilfully crafted and stitched at my home in Wiltshire. Local appointments welcome as well as Skype/Facetime. I offer an international shipping service and all shoes are gift boxed and come with complimentary tracked postage in the UK. I also post internationally for an additional postage fee.
