On such a miserable stormy day - some Indonesian florals to cheer us! 🪷

A recent “special” wedding anniversary trip - made all the more special by outstanding service ❤️

The beach front location & gardens were gorgeous - with gardeners working everyday to keep everything perfect - but the orchid arrangements (pic 1) were also stunning. 🌸

Wish we were there now! ☀️🌊🏝️

Happy Sunny Wednesday! ☀️

So as the sun comes out - the temperature drops - and the 2024 Marlow growing patches retire for a winter break! 🍂🍁❄️

Thank you to everyone who has ordered this year - it’s been a tough growing year but my little Marlow business continues to flourish with your support. 🌺

I’ve had such wonderful customer feedback this year. Plus many of you have been such wonderful advocates - sharing your experience of locally & sustainably grown arrangements. Thank you all. 🌸

So winter “busyness” now turns to mulching growing patches, tending 2025 hardy seedlings in the greenhouse, lifting dahlia tubers, planting tulip bulbs, raising ranunculus corms - etc, etc…..🌱

All in preparation for a stunning 2025 season! I will be posting updates across the winter. I look forward to being open again in April with bright and cheery spring arrangements. 🌼🌸

The seasonal arrangements will feature the last of this seasons dahlias with stunning Tula Carmen, Improved and Sharletta from the wonderful flower farm in Oxfordshire - plus my foliage. 🌺🌸

£20 seasonal arrangements available to collect or free Marlow delivery from 1200 Friday. 💐

Flowers for 60th birthday celebration, thank you gifts and just because it’s Friday! 🌺🌸

As fireworks fly & autumn sets in the greenhouse is full of baby seedlings to be nurtured through the winter for 2025 season 🌱

The growing patches are slowing down - dahlias still budding up valiantly. 🍁🍂🌺

I hope to have stems for limited seasonal hand ties next weekend - and will post on Thursday with an availability update.💐🌸

Weekend Autumn Flowers! 🍁🍂

I’m so excited to share that this weekend seasonal hand ties will have some very special stems. Supplied by an amazing flower farmer and author based in South Oxfordshire. 🌺

Callistephus Rose Salmon and Tula - lime and purple - very special long vase life stems will compliment my Marlow grown dahlias and other seasonal stems beautifully. 🍁🌸

If you would like a £20 seasonal hand tie in either apricots or pinks just drop a DM to order. I cut arrangements just for you after stems have conditioned so please do try and give min 6 hours notice. 💐📲

Available Friday and Saturday with free Marlow delivery or collection.

This is likely to be the last full week of flower availability from my Marlow growing patches for 2024. So if you would like a “last hurrah” arrangement do order early. 🍂🎃

The pumpkin arrangements are medium jam jar flowers in a freshly hollowed locally grown pumpkin - adults Halloween! 👻🍁

Both arrangements are £20 with local collection or free Marlow delivery available.

Hi - Due to the last 2 weeks of mixed weather & some sizeable orders last week - I have had to make the decision to rest the growing patches for a short while. 🌺

The plants have been organically fed today & with some sunny days forecast in the next 10 days (🤞no frost - Dahlias hate frost 🥶) - there will be fresh stems available shortly.

I plan to be taking orders again from the 16th October for delivery/collection after the 18th October. 📲

Thank you for your understanding - it’s been such a difficult growing year & I do appreciate your patience. 🌸

Hi everyone. We have decided - after this wet & cold weather - to give the growing patches a week of rest and recuperation. 😴

Lots of organic seaweed feed & next weeks sunny days/warmer nights will give all the plants some well earned R&R. Bringing them back strongly for a “last hurrah” hopefully to the end of October!🌸🌺
