After a weekend in London with birthday boy, didn’t have time to cook a big dinner. So this is where bulk cooking helps me out. .
Lasagna prepped for tonight’s dinner, all I have to do is pop this in the oven later.

Well me and my boy went into London yesterday to Bubble planet, near Wembley Park.

After catching the tube on the wrong side, going the opposite direction we managed to find our bearings!!!

A good few hours were spent there, having fun.

Then spent the rest of the afternoon/ evening shopping and going park to central London.

Just got in from work and it’s been that bad I’ve resulted to brownies & ice cream!!!

60 emails in the shared inbox since Friday afternoon, I did a few and thought no I’m not going to spend today looking at those!!!

Instead I packed and built laptops all day!!!

When I left there were 80 emails in the inbox!!!

God help me tomorrow!!!! :(

Been wanting a roast dinner for weeks, but not been home at the weekend in ages!!!
So the one day I’m home, I cooked us a roast dinner!!!

After getting in at 6pm last night from work, I really didn’t want to cook!!! But I had prepared the mixture for chappli kebabs the night before so I did!!! .
Dinner wasn’t ready till 8pm, so late but they tasted so good!!!
Everyone had leftovers for lunch too!!!
