Gifts for my children’s teachers. Each cake popsicle is individually wrapped and then boxed up and labelled.

A yummy rose gold delight for Charlene’s birthday today!
Alternating vanilla and chocolate cake layered with a Madagascan vanilla buttercream and covered in a milk chocolate ganache. The cake was then decorated with a marbled icing wrap and covered in homemade cake popsicles, geo hearts, chocolates, mini chocolate bars, rose gold dusted doughnuts and shiny sprinkles! Yummmmm!!!….and if that wasn’t enough, it was accompanied by a few boxes of delicious, individually wrapped cake popsicles too! 😋🍰🧁🍫🍩💗 DELICIOUS!!!!

‘Chirashi Don’ cake for the lovely Tanya! Happy 40th Birthday!! 🥳

I’ve been making cakes for Tanya and her lovely family quite a bit over the years and so when she asked me to make her this cake I was very excited…the challenge was on! I wanted her cake to be as special as possible!

I was asked to make a realistic prawn for the cake and so called upon my lovely and extremely talented friend over at Jenni Makes Cakes. I knew that it would be totally up her street! (Check out her page and you’ll see what I mean!)
A very lovely day was spent making these toppers together. ❤️ I do hope we get the chance to collaborate again soon! Loads of fun! 🍣 🥢 🦐 🍥

Madagascan vanilla sponge cake, layered with ‘blood red’ vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam and covered in a scrumptious white chocolate ganache and black sugarpaste. The white chocolate skull is fully edible as well as the Rice Krispy treat DJ deck. Yummy!!!
