This cake was a gluten and dairy free cake. Not easy and stressful knowing when to open the oven 🤣 too early and it sinks. With dairy and gluten free you think it’s done and boooommm you have a sinker. Or skewer comes out clean when testing bit later find it’s undercooked. I was able to do this as the diary wasn’t as busy (night out lol). I loved the ornament on top of this cake and I ordered this from Amazon. #littlepinkievintageafternoontea

A successful weekend of setting up and collections. Quite often people ask ‘what time did you get up this morning to start this’……..my reply……days ago……if a cake…..sometimes weeks ago. Prep starts way before the delivery date. Designing, making bits so that they dry, shopping, admin…..
Today….I’m knackered and Mondays are my weekend (which I love because everywhere is empty and gone back to work lolol)

I knew there was a reason to add the fondant topped biscuits as an added gift from me. Yes, I wanted to use my new embosser and was the perfect time for a bride and her bridesmaids….but….when I delivered the hamper it was obviously meant to be lol.
My client got engaged in the month of February….so do I. My client is getting married in August……I got married in August. Then she asked where I got married and I said Mauritius, guess what?……..she is having her Honeymoon in Mauritius!
A little get together for the Bride to be and her Bridemaids to talk all things wedding and get organised. What a lovely thing to do.
Also homemade sausage rolls were added.
