When we turn up to a hall with our tallest unit our stress levels double because if it doesn’t fit then the customer doesn’t have the main party attraction, we graft for 30 mins and walk away with burnt fuel, wasted time and out of pocket.
Luckily this customer checked measurements twice!! Phew!!
All of our disco domes are actually domes, unlike so many cheap square or cube imitations.

Absolutely zero consideration for the health and safety of our staff on a hot Sunday. This was a 180kg unit and we just couldn’t risk it.

Please, if you have hired from us, we would be grateful for a Google review. The Karens are killing us.
We deliver to between 2500 and 3000 bookings every year but only about 1 in 1000 will ever leave a review. It’s only when something like this happens that anyone will bother.

The image is the installation route and the review is below - Communication was instant and also while we were outside the house. A full refund has been issued.
Completely and utterly unfair.

Friday-Sunday 898 miles and 44 hours work in 27+ degrees heat. That was just van 1 of 3! The company owner leads by example but we do ask customers to be considerate when booking inflatables - If you have a steep elevation or drop to your garden then we need to somehow get it there and return it to the van without breaking our backs. We had to walk away from a job last week due to the sheer drop to the garden with a 180kg inflatable! Please book the correct size inflatable with consideration for our hard working staff, especially in this heat.
