Welcome to Dunwell Farm, the perfect rural wedding venue for couples seeking a unique location for their special day. Set in the heart of the stunning South Devon countryside, a mile from the village of Ugborough, Dunwell Farm hosts panoramic views of Dartmoor National Park and the South Hams. As a working dairy, beef and sheep farm, our venue exudes the features of a wonderful rustic idyll where

beauty and simplicity combine as one. Whether it's a civil ceremony, renewal of vows or your wedding reception, we believe that our venue allows you as a couple the freedom to make the day personal to yourselves. Our timber framed barn is licensed from June to November to hold civil ceremonies and / or wedding receptions and the adjoining field is levelled and ready for marquees, yurts and tipis. Our stone circle set within the farm gardens is perfect for hand - fasting and humanist ceremonies. The barn is home to sheep and lambs during the winter months, spring cleaned in May, and ready to party by June! The venue is a blank canvas as to how it looks on your wedding day and we can be involved in the planning process of your celebration as much or as little as you would like - each couple is individual, so each wedding held at the farm should be individual too. Services on offer in addition to the hire of the venue include our experienced wedding co-ordination team, delicious hog/lamb roast, hire of wedding equipment and more - we'll even make your bunting! We understand that part of the fun of your wedding is in the preparation and decoration, therefore we hire out our venue for 4 days exclusive use so that you and your wedding party can prepare in your own time - after all, it is your big day. Join us on Sunday 15th June for an Open Day at Dunwell Farm and see the venue set up in all its summer glory!
The team will be on hand from 10am – 2pm to show you around and chat through your ideas for your big day. The bar will be open, and hopefully the sun will be shining!
Visitors to the venue will also be entered into a prize draw for a free 2-night’s stay in a furnished bell tent.

I LOVED my wedding dress being part of our photoshoot in 2016. It was originally my Mum’s wedding dress and the talented amended it for me.

Although I wasn’t able to squeeze back into the dress for the shoot, our gorgeous model did us proud and the photos looked incredible 💕💕
