We understand the anxiety and stress involved in planning any event no matter how small or large, and our mission is to provide a service that eliminates these pressures. CHAMELEON will customise their consulting and planning service to cater to each individual to ensure all our client's needs and expectations are met. All our dishes are prepared at the .hotel
or a commercial kitchen in Shoebury. We use only fresh ingredients, and freshly prepared by our chefs that work at the .hotel.
