Another successful event at after a challenging few days yesterdays event was a highlight! Catering for x100 we offered Italian style deli boards which proved extremely popular especially on a hot summers day. 😊☀️

Audlem festival at The Bridge Inn pub in Audlem! Fantastic weekend hosted by all involved. Thanks to Sharon and Rich for having us at your fabulous pub. Loads of fantastic bands, top quality beverages and our delicious charcoal BBQ British beef burgers and hot dogs!

Starter- Tapas deli boards
Main - Loin of pork served with cheddar mashed potatoes, honey glazed baby carrots, sweet bramley apple sauce and cider gravy.
Dessert - Sticky toffee pudding served with sticky toffee sauce and vanilla Icecream

Brie, bacon and cranberry rosti
Starter - grilled chorizo and halloumi on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables and a tangy tomato sauce.
Main - Belly pork served with mustard mash, cheese soufflé, sweet apple purée and black pudding crumb.
Dessert - Jaffa cake pot served with Cheshire blood orange sorbet.
