Another successful event at after a challenging few days yesterdays event was a highlight! Catering for x100 we offered Italian style deli boards which proved extremely popular especially on a hot summers day. 😊☀️

Starter- Tapas deli boards
Main - Loin of pork served with cheddar mashed potatoes, honey glazed baby carrots, sweet bramley apple sauce and cider gravy.
Dessert - Sticky toffee pudding served with sticky toffee sauce and vanilla Icecream

Tempura sweet chilli prawns
Brie, bacon and cranberry rosti
Starter - grilled chorizo and halloumi on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables and a tangy tomato sauce.
Main - Belly pork served with mustard mash, cheese soufflé, sweet apple purée and black pudding crumb.
Dessert - Jaffa cake pot served with Cheshire blood orange sorbet.
