Hog and Flame A provider of bespoke outdoor catering services. All of our food is freshly prepared and cooked over a mix of sustainable hardwood and charcoal.

At Hog and Flame we pride ourselves on allowing the quality of our ingredients take center stage. Our Hogs are slow roasted using only charcoal and sustainable hardwood to impart the full flavor of the wood smoke. We believe that food this good needs to be seen so we do all the cooking on site, on the day. Nothing quite compares to the smell or spectacle of seeing a full Hog roasting in front of y

our eyes. This way of cooking is an ultimate crowd pleaser, and it goes without saying that the Crackling is spectacular too! We can also provide a full Lamb cooked in the same mouth watering way and a full range of sides and accompaniments for both.
