Our judges have to attain continuous professional development to remain a guild member (only guild floristry judges have been through this process). The UK Floristry Judges Guild's primarily function is to standardise judging at floristry competitions throughout the UK and Ireland and to maintain excellence in judging floristry competitions.

This breathtaking flower carpet, designed by local artist Shiraz Ali, draws its inspiration straight from Bradford’s rich textile heritage — every swirl and motif echoing the patterns of the mills that built this city. Thousands of blooms in deep reds, golds, blues and pinks, hand-laid into an intricate carpet design right in the heart of the city centre. 🌼🎨

A true celebration of craft, colour and community — floristry and textiles coming together in the most spectacular way. Absolutely stunning in its entirety, and a privilege to see it up close. 👏🌺

What a fantastic day at East Durham College! 🌿✨

Members of the UK Floristry Judges Guild were delighted to visit and spend time with such passionate and enthusiastic students. Their creativity, energy, and eagerness to learn were truly inspiring.

A special thank you to everyone at the college for such a warm welcome—and for the wonderful tour of the beautiful college grounds. It was a pleasure to see firsthand the dedication to nurturing the next generation of floristry talent.
