Quiche There are 3 different flavours in the video - there are instructions in there too (along with noises and comments from my 8yo cameraman 😂), but I’ll list ingredients below too 🙂 1/2 pack of shortcrust pastry 3 large eggs (I used 5, but it’s too much!) 50ml milk (any - mine is semi) 100ml cream (I used Elmlea light) Filling of your choice! We had grated cheddar, chopped cooked bacon, ted pepper, feta, wilted spinach and mushrooms (cooked in bacon fat 😋).

70th Birthday Cake A Victoria sponge cake, covered in fondant, with fondant details. This one was very special to me - not just because it is a flux capacitor (Back to the Future being one of my favourite films!), but because it was my Dads 70th Birthday cake!
