Can someone answer this question about wedding show pricing for me?

Why are photographers charged more than videographers?

Just received the prices for some autumn shows and for the same stand in the same venue with the same attendance and photographer is being charged 33% more - why? At another show the difference was 100% more!

Why in this day of equality are photographers singled out?
