1. THE EVENT IS SITUATED ON THE EVENT SITE AT HAMILTON ACADEMICAL FC'S NEW DOUGLAS PARK, FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH STADIUM, HAMILTON ML3 OFT. NEAREST TRAIN STATIONS - HAMILTON WEST. LOCAL TAXIS WELLMAN CABS 01698 891313

2. CAR PARKING - PLEASE USE THE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK FIRST LEFT AFTER MORRISONS . PARKING AT EVENT IS AT OWNER'S OWN RISK

3. ENHANCED SECURITY - ALL BAGS WILL BE CHECKED UPON ENTRY FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY BE DEEMED A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC

4. WEATHER- THIS IS AN OPEN-AIR EVENT. PLEASE PLAN IN ADVANCE FOR THE SCOTTISH WEATHER. SUN CREAM SHOULD BE BROUGHT WITH YOU AS NONE WILL BE ON SALE AT THE EVENT.

5. DO NOT BRING FOLDING CHAIRS INTO EVENT SITE.

6. ONLY FOOD AND DRINKS PURCHASED WITHIN THE EVENT IS PERMITTED WITHIN THE ARENA. DO NOT BRING FOOD OR DRINKS TO EVENT UNLESS IT'S FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. ALLERGY ADVICE: FOOD VENDORS MAY HAVE FOODS CONTAINING NUTS.

7. ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

8. WHILST IN THE EVENT PLEASE STAY WITHIN YOUR DEDICATED GROUP. MAKE YOURSELF AWARE OF THE MEETING POINT AND HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE RESPONSIBLE ADULT WITHIN THE GROUP.

9. BABIES UNDER 12 MONTHS GO FREE. ALL OTHER CHILDREN REQUIRE A CHILD TICKET.
