Edstone Music Festival Edstone Music Festival is a music festival located in rural North Yorkshire, which helps raise money for the MS Society Simon Waley

Festival Director

When my sister was first diagnosed with MS I knew almost nothing about it. I had no real knowledge of how it would affect her life or of the sheer number of people around us living with its daily symptoms. The money raised at Edstone goes, in large part, to the MS Society and it’s dedicated fight against this condition. This includes:

Funding around 70 research projects including into the stimula

tion of the body’s own stem cells to induce myelin repair,
Clinical trials on drugs to reduce relapses and slow the progression of disability,
Helping people in their daily lives with advice and support and by providing mobility equipment and home adaptations. We’re very grateful to all of you who support this festival, all the hard working volunteers, our sponsors and the faithful and generous punters. Everything they do assists in our bid to support the work of the Society.
