We've been asking our chefs what they are doing over the summer holiday and Joe told us about an amazing holiday he's had with his family at Lyme Regis

"When we visit we always go Mackerel fishing which my boys love to do, we then prepare and cook the fish for our diner. We also enjoy visiting the Town Mill Bakery for a bite to eat.

Here's another great cooking tip from Joe who shares his advice on the perfect mash potato.

"When making mashed potatoes at home, after you drain the potatoes, return them to the hot pan, cover tightly and let them steam for 5 minutes. This allows the potatoes to dry out so they will mash to a beautiful texture and soak up the butter and cream more easily."
