Dear Customers, Apologies for the radio silence!! I had shoulder surgery back in September and I’ve been recovering slowly since. An amazing holiday to Cambodia has helped but the recovery is not a quick as I hoped and I’m very impatient! I will be back working in the New Year and hopefully I’ll see some of you then. So if you’d like a cake in 2025 please let me know as I currently have time to design some amazing creations for you.

Cake delivered to yesterday for Niamh and Sam’s wedding. Congratulations to you both. They have been customers for a few years, so it was an honour to be able to make their wedding cake. A few pictures of other cakes this couple have ordered. The cake was traditional buttercream wedding cake but included 5 family pets!!

Hi all, this is a picture of me sitting out the skiing on my hols after an accident!! I’m going to have shoulder surgery but unsure when, hopefully between July and September and then probably 8 -12 weeks until I’m back at work. This makes it very difficult to book in customer orders as I don’t want to disappoint anyone. I’ll let you know when I have an exact date but in the interim I’ll only book orders up till the 1st July and then take on short notice orders (1-2 weeks in advance), until further notice. My husband asked for a cake to celebrate a year in their new office. The most satisfying thing is seeing that empty cake board. He also didn’t pay me but he doesn’t realise it was the most expensive cake ever, as he paid for my pottery classes and for my hair appointment, and probably a lot of other stuff as well 🙂
