created our own Indian Spice Blends, with step-by-step recipe books and cooking methods. Mivesi Started as an Indian restaurant in the beautiful Market town of Alnwick in Northumberland. We now cater at events up and down the country with a mission to provide wholesome satisfying Indian street food served with love to festival
goers, bringing restaurant quality food on a stre

et food stall. We have worked with some established festivals such as Leeds Festival, Boomtown, Kendal Calling and catered at the Cricket World Cup 2019. Our motto is
do it authentically or don’t do it at all, all our products are made in house right down to the sauces, our food is ‘Artisan’ at its most direct form. We currently hold a 4* hygiene rating and are members of NCASS. All our staff hold a level 2 food hygiene safety certificate and with Amina holding a level 3 food hygiene safety certificate. Rahim has won the Asian Chef Award in 2019, organised by the Chef reality TV show, sponsored by NECTA, Kingfisher and Rollergrill. We are also the
winners of “Argie Bhaji Curry Battle 2018 and 2019 hosted by Wylam Brewery Newcastle. In 2018 we were featured in the BBC Inside Out Programme highlighting the importance and measures we had in place for the various allergens the public
may have and in particular nut allergy. We take pride in our processes, and source our ingredients from reputable suppliers locally. We also use biodegradable packaging and wooden forks to protect the environment.

Thank you so much Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival for letting us be a part of this amazing event that was held last weekend!! It has been an extremely long time since we have felt the hustle and bustle of a festival and this has definitely given us the feeling of just that once again!! Looking forward with working with you all again ☺️ We also want to give our special thanks to the customer that were there and supported us throughout the whole weekend, by continuously coming over to give us compliments on how amazing our food is. Exciting Times ahead

We are a family business who started the journey as an Indian Restaurant in the lovely Market town of Alnwick. Now that Our family has grown up we will be moving back to our hometown of South Shields. We wanted some way of still continuing to serve great Bangladeshi/Indian food, and after our recent visit to Bangladesh, which then led us to our Street Food Venture, whilst still looking after our family we will continue to serve great street food dishes from Bangladesh. So come and find us! we might be in a town near you soon!
