Our belief is that all children should have the opportunity to develop through a variety of exciting activities. 100% Active engages both body and brain, inspiring children to have a happy and healthy lifestyle. Children of today are growing up in a world where they can lose hours in a day, day after day, week after week through being on electronic devices, during which time they have little inter

action with other people. We have to acknowledge that we are living in a technology centric world; however, our vision is to create a balance between technology and being active. We provide variety and engagement through the sessions we offer to ensure children don’t lose the vital skills needed to help them as they develop in life… things such as social skills, the ability to converse, handle different situations, adapt to changing environments, earn respect, be part of a team and how to win and lose. We do not only offer traditional activities, we push the boundaries so that we can appeal to different interests. All of our sessions, parties and courses provide a combination of focus and fun so that children can enjoy themselves and at the same time improve their confidence and co-ordination.
