Standing behind the CD decks feels so natural to me these days, whatever the event. It was my vision to bring real mixing and great music, ditching the cheese, to the wedding & events industry when I established Musique events back in 2015. In fact not only mixing but I wanted to bring over everything I learned working in high street nightclubs throughout my career as a full time DJ.

I do miss the big large capacity nightclubs that used to be full every single weekend. But do feel very grateful and more than happy to still be playing music for my job, be that be a small private event, a wedding or a Hed Kandi club night.

We feel strongly about this. The guests and people on the night trying to take control of the music. We are DJ'S not a juke box.
This can totally ruin the night and spoil the most important day of your life should that event be a wedding.

We don’t mind playing some of your favourite tracks and songs that are important to you. But we do ask for these to be given to me prior to the event.

As DJs it’s important to me to have musical freedom

Our main skill "READING THE ROOM" is developed over years of events and gigs, making musical decisions of what to play and at what time to play it.

One of the best parts of my job at Mark Ireland DJ is I get to work with insanely talented people on a regular basis. Lady V Sax is on exactly the same page as me. This was our last event of 2023 and what a great night it was for Sophie and Nathan’s amazing wedding. It was a brilliant end to a busy year we’re so lucky to play amazing music for a living. 2024 is shaping up to be another brilliant year with all sorts of gigs and events.
