Needing a bit extra?
We are busy gathering together a full list of extras that compliment our deckchairs. From signage to parasols and windbreaks and bunting to blankets we have a full range of additions to get organised!

Coronation calling 📞 🇬🇧 👑
We are getting super booked up earlier than ever this year with the Coronation bank holiday being in early May!
So if you are planning a garden party, outdoor screen, street party or event get in touch to see how we can deck out your event!
We have perfect traditional vintage red, white and blue striped deckchairs to help celebrate our King’s big day!

Light evenings and spending more time outsIde seem within reach even if we do need a blanket!

After a dodgy few years it’s so exciting to see the deckchairs all stacked and packed and ready to party for our first busy weekend of the season.

It’s that time of the year again where the first signs of Spring remind me that deckchair season isn’t that far away!
Even though we have containers dedicated to storage of our thousands of deckchairs they still manage to find their way into my front room 🤦‍♀️
I’m making the most of these rainy / windy days and trying to get through all the recovering so that we have as many deckchairs as possible ready to hire out for the Summer.
With the Glastonbury guys confirming they want some for their glamping sites I think I better get a wriggle on! 🥳

We have been super busy this week getting red and white striped deckchairs all ready for outdoor screens , footy BBQs and parties 🎉

Ok so it’s going to be a little while longer before we see our deckchairs looking like this (thanks Boris) so here is a nice bright cheery picture of them to distract me from all the admin emails of date changes that have taken me most of the morning to get through. Deep breaths.... what’s a few more weeks in the grand scheme of things right? Sending much love to events , weddings and festivals that have had to change their date ..... again 🤦‍♀️. It will be worth the wait ......

DECKCHAIR DESTINATIONS •Saltburn by the Sea• I don’t think there is anything more British than a trip to the seaside on a sunny Bank holiday. Seeing deckchairs for hire out in full force basking in the sunshine and windbreaks decorating the beach made me so happy to live in the UK (on a sunny day). You might find it a surprise to hear we are actually based in Harrogate probably perfectly in the middle and pretty much equivalent distance from the West and East coast so a trip to the seaside is good day trip with lots of choices seaside destinations.
Maybe that’s why I love deckchairs so much and seeing them in the natural environment is such a novelty that I appreciate it so much more. Saltburn ticked every seaside box for me with its bright beach huts and Victorian artichitecture it was great to see it thriving. It’s looking unlikely that I will be going abroad this Summer so what I’m sure I will have plenty of opportunities to capture deckchairs even more this year so watch this space! Where’s your deckchair destination?

There’s something about seeing the deckchairs out in the sunshine being enjoyed by people having a great time. It’s so simple but isn’t it fabulous? Thanks to and for bringing us back with a bang and good luck to all the festivals that are able to still go ahead this Summer. See you somewhere in a field soon....
