Now this is interesting… given our CEO was speaking at a yesterday about data + context = actionable insight … the same applies in the high tech world of formula 1… without the context provided by the human, all the data they have is just data….

Adrian Newey emphasizes the crucial role of driver’s feedback in the team's car development process.

"Theoretically, you could argue that with all the sensors on the car, and all the simulation tools we have to derive from the sensors, then we shouldn't need the feedback of a human."

"But, the human feedback is vital as the human is the controller, the sensitivity and feeling and ability to express that is key. It is not a machine-driven vehicle."

"I have been fortunate to work with drivers like Max and Vettel who are skilled at providing crucial feedback. The input from drivers is extremely important."

On our final team call of 2021, we celebrated the success of the year with virtual cocktails and a songwriting masterclass! The amazing SongDivision joined our call and helped us write our own Realise anthem. We choose the genre of music, created the beat with a child's guitar and brainstormed all the amazing things about our business. 🎶 We are a Realise Family! ❤️
