The FR Athletes have been pinning it lately!
😍🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️😍
Our man in America, the mystical .running has been loving the Trail scene over there lately and had some great results!
He’s just come 2nd in the Sun Mountain 50k, and 5th in the Diez Vista 50k in Canada - one of the most competitive 50ks in Canada!

It was the last weekend and Simon and Nicky both did the 50k on Sunday.
On a HOT HOT day Si finished in a strong 7th and was just 10 minutes off the podium!

Nicky found the heat hard to deal with but still ran well to come home in 5th female position and 1st V40!
👏👏
Tom was part of the team for the weekend and oversaw the 5k and 10k distances aswell as the Skiddaw Mtn Race.

Aaand it’s nothing to do with us! 🤣. This place is AMAZING and to feel like you’re running around the edge of the world on a sunny evening is as good as it gets!

Lucy volunteered at the event too, helping other runners out on the course at checkpoints on Friday and Sunday in between her race on Saturday! 👏👏👏

Godrevy 10k; guessing it’s probably not that common when running races get delayed because people are SURFING on the route?!
🤣🤘🤔
Our marshals helping everyone through/over/round the stream crossing and rocks gave the race such a lovely atmosphere and feeling of camaraderie, but still, with any luck the tides are better for us next year! 🤣🙏

2 first places last weekend! 😍🙌

FR Athlete Jodie (JMG) took on the Bodmin Beast Marathon in Cornwall and is the ladies champ for the 2nd year running, winning in a time of 3.48.56 and a new CR!

Nicky S (Racy Nickers) ran the 23 mile Derwentwater Dawdle in the Lake District and was the first lady in a time of 4.30.29!

Tom S also did the Derwentwater Dawdle.
