Our delicious Fried "Butter" Chicken.
It comes with our lip smacking butter/murgh makhani sauce.
It's got a kick and will have you wanting more.
Butter chicken originates from northern India and her lovely sister chicken tikka masala is a British invention.
It is said Kundan lal Gujral invented this dish back in the 1947s and it's one of our favourites.
There are many versions of this dish, we love the one with a bit of heat that is absolutely drool worthy.
Rich with spices and deep with tomatoes that have been simmered for hours. It's finished off with cream and butter to give it that luxurious and most loved taste.

Our chicken "get your own handle" chop.
By popular demand, it's now available in single and a double.
As pictured, mine is going to be a double.
Always and forever, a double.
Seasoned with a Taiwanese pepper salt that's perfect for fried chicken.
Served with a sharp, lightly spiced, fresh Vietnamese inspired salad.
We love dipping the chicken in the dressing, so much umami-lah.
