So thats a wrap for 2023! I photographed my last wedding of the year on Friday for Katie & Tom at Crockwell Farm. & Tom were joined by their nearest and dearest for a wonderful day filled with love and laughter. Nessa, their beautiful pooch stole the show with a couple of appearances later in the evening. Great to be back at Crockwell who always look after us well. Laura & Jake’s wedding was full of autumnal loveliness. I think you’ll agree that all of the colours of the day went so perfectly together. And, the weather was very kind to us with providing a mild and more importantly rain free day!

After a number of reschedules Hattie & Chris finally tied the knot on Saturday in their home village of Woodford in Northamptonshire followed by a marquee reception in the village of Upper Benefield. So many memorable moments throughout the day none more so than when Hattie & Chris announced to everyone that they are expecting their second child. It was such a privilege to be able to capture such a wonderful and chilled out day. Can’t wait to share more photos from the day but for now here are just a few.

Friends and family gathered from all over the world for the wedding of Felicity & Michael at . And what an incredible day it was… It included a beautiful outdoor ceremony expertly conducted by Sam of and an epic confetti run just before an absolute deluge of rain. The best rendition of “I want it that way” by the groomsmen during their group photo (I think a separate post will be needed for that photo!), some fantastic speeches by the nearest and dearest, some beautiful golden hour light for portraits, and a full dance floor. What more could you ask for.

So yesterday was pretty awesome. Congratulations to Lauren & Josh who celebrated their marriage to each other in the beautiful village of Witham on the Hill. They did the legal bit a while back but gathered together their family and friends for a humanist ceremony in the grounds of a spectacular village home followed by a reception at the village pub.

Here are just a few photos that jumped out at me whilst I was doing the downloading and backups of the photos.

I headed down to London yesterday to meet up with Laura & Jake for their pre wedding shoot.
I had to be super quick and discreet in the locations we went to. So I shot on my Ricoh GR3 which basically looks like a cheap consumer point and shoot camera. It’s anything but!
Black and white is best even though the ‘gram hates them!
