Happy Monday!
Here are some pictures from an event recently where we helped to transform a gig and club venue into a space fit for a Bride & Groom.

We supplied the pipe & drape stage skirt, Antari M-7 vertical smoke machines, love-heart confetti and warm white & red festoon 💡✨

On Saturday we had the pleasure of supporting the Hilton PTFA Colour Run!
A fantastic day in the sunshine setup alongside our sister company Mercia Wood Fired Pizzas
We supplied main PA on the warm up field and PA in the upper field where the run took place to help create a fantastic atmosphere for runners and spectators.

Last month we had the pleasure of supporting Branston Town Council with their VE Day Concert at Clays Lane Playing Fields.
We supplied , and allowing a great atmosphere to be created throughout the day for members of the community who were in attendance. A fantastic celebration of a very prestigious event.

A great 50th birthday party yesterday evening at Wyaston Village Hall. We were also joined by our sister company who provided the guests with fantastic food.

Things are off to a busy start this year for us, with several events this weekend.

We have had our GT Tour Deck out on hire adding an extra sparkle to 35 years anniversary show! A big thanks to for their fantastic service when supplying us with the deck. The deck is also covered in specialist drape from .group to maintain a professional and clean finish. Thanks to everyone involved!

Merry Christmas from all of us at Mercia Events & Production! 🎄

Here are some of our favourite snaps from the Heritage Wood Illuminated Woodland Walk 2024.

We created the fantastic RGB light tunnel working alongside ColourTask who assisted in turning our vision into a reality, using Twinkly Pro products.

Prolight Concepts Group LEDJ 7T3 & 12T3 Spectra Par products allowed us to add a splash of colour throughout the 1 mile long walk. We have been using their Spectra Pars over the past 3 years in both DMX and stand alone modes.

Various products from Highlite Group featured across the site this year. We have enjoyed using their new Showgear Tree Mounting Brackets this year, which improved the installation and allowed us to quickly, easily and safely rig fixtures to the trees in the woodland.

Once again our stock of Martin Professional MH3 moving lights featured on the lake show on the floating pontoon, this year supplied by National Pontoon who were so easy to work with and allowed smooth installation of the lake show. Big shoutout to George Bratley who once again did a fantastic job at putting together the music mix down and programming the lake show.

We would also like to extend our thanks to JPSL Technical Services Ltd, Kes Power & Light LTD, Marten, Christmas Direct, our freelancer colleagues and everyone else involved, who have all supported us with various aspects of the project to allow us to yet again pull off a fantastic show!

We have also been out on the road with our disco packages over the summer season.

Here is an example of one of our setups at The Burton Rugby Football Club Ltd. in June for one of their presentation evenings with a disco to celebrate success.

We are an East Midlands and South Yorkshire based events and equipment hire company. We specialise in bespoke entertainment solutions. We have worked in the live events and theatre industry for over 6 years specialising in everything, including but not limited to mobile discos, corporate events, outdoor events, festivals and theatre productions.

Our fully insured team pride ourselves in working tenaciously with clients to make their events as memorable as possible.

At Illuminate we also have an extensive asset list that is continuously expanding. All equipment and assets are available for dry hire or to be hired with an accompanying technician. Please see our website for more information.
