Taking Esme upstairs earlier and the setting sun hit the wall through the window. It caught my eye. Pushed it more to a high contrast black and white image. Note: I’m not in the habit of taking snaps of my wall 😂

And now for something completely different!

Its been nice light over the last few days, so I've managed to pop out and get some stills. Photography isn't really something I've ever done so it's nice to try my hand at it!

This was taken over at Saltwell Park, just a stones throw from where I live. Most of the trees are still bare except for this beauty which caught the golden sun and just immediately popped out.

The importance of good light is paramount to picking shots outside. Things such as saturation/contrast/colour are dictated by it.

One of the greatest things about is chasing that perfect light.

We've been blessed with some phenomenally amazing these last few days and with that came some truly unbelievable sunsets! It's rare to get a really to quite the extent of last night.

Luckily I had the ol' on me and grabbed a quick couple of seconds of footage while Issy was driving.

I can't wait to take the camera out in the evening over the next couple of weeks to hopefully capture a few more of these!
