Anyone off to a wedding this weekend? As we’re off to 2!!

We’ve spent our week cleaning kit, ordering stock and reminding ourselves how to make cocktails/pour a pint. All of this can only mean one thing… BRING ON THE WEDDINGS!!

We’re knackered!! Hope you all had a fab bank holiday! We managed to enjoy dinner in the sunshine with a G&T this evening after a very busy weekend at Buscot Park 🌤

Well it’s the end of another week in lockdown but more importantly one week closer to getting back to some sort of normality!
The news Boris gave us on Monday has got us excited for a summer of helping you celebrate your weddings and parties.

It’s National MARGARITA Day so we’re bringing you three variations on the classic cocktail!

Passionfruit Margarita
50ml Tequila
25ml Cointreau
25ml Passionfruit Purée
12ml Lime Juice

Orange and Lime Margarita 🍊
60ml Tequila
60ml Triple Sec
60ml Lime Juice
30ml Orange Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup

Pineapple Margarita 🍍
50ml Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
50ml Pineapple Juice
12ml Sugar Syrup

How to make each margarita:
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake until it’s too cold to hold!

Use fresh lime juice where possible! 🍈
