Just as with my photography clients, getting that connection is really important when writing an Independent Celebrant script... it is taking their own personal journey and converting it into a ceremony that is inclusive, engaging and authentic. Script 2 written and marked... 100% Comments of
" You have clearly put heart and soul into this piece of work and that shines brightly in terms of the ceremony script that you have produced." and
"The declaration of intent is again great, and I LOVED the personal vows, absolutely beautiful."
"Jaine, you have absolutely knocked this out of the park and written a ceremony that has hugely impressed me, well done."

NOT hanging up my camera at all - I fully intend to offer photography and celebrant - just not at the same time!!!!!!!

So if you know anyone wanting a more memorable ceremony, that conveys more about their story and delivers a uniquely personal commitment ceremony... then go to an Independent Celebrant ... not a council run registrar who is bound by specific wording, timings and structure....

Really excited by my second script as part of my Celebrancy course with the AMC (The Academy of Modern Celebrancy). Last weekend helped me enormously to recognise my strengths (and weaknesses) I was encouraged and inspired by 22 other amazing celebrants and returned home with a greater understanding and determination....
Fingers crossed it comes through in my writings.....

Just written my very first wedding script...It was so enjoyable, crafting a whole ceremony to suit a lovely couple.... this was only an exam piece.. so fingers crossed... but it was FAB!

During the training I had to "invent" two new symbolic elements... beyond hand-tying, sand ceremonies etc...

I did invent two and cannot wait to introduce them to future couples....
