You could splash out for your personal interfaith ceremony and hire somewhere like the iconic Eilean Donan castle. Or for more modest budgets we have some gorgeous intact castles and tucked away ruined castles near us that we'd love to tell you about.

Had a nice chat with Ron Clark on 'Chat and Spin Radio' yesterday - a non profit online radio station broadcasting all over the world. I got the chance to spread the word about what a great place Scotland is to elope, handfast and get married.

We are looking forward to travel opening up again so that people can again make plans to elope to Scotland and have a wee wedding. May is a beautiful month with the bluebells, gorse and rhododendrons. Your interfaith ceremony can be tailored to your beliefs whatever they are, and we can suggest amazing out of the way places like these ancient woods near Nairn.

Woodland Wedding in Nature in Scotland

We've always extended a warm welcome to all our beautiful couples from other parts of Europe and will continue to do so. We feel sad about Brexit which means a separation either from the rest of the UK or from Europe. So today instead we celebrate people and their love and unity!
